About 30 Hot Air Balloons, including many special shape balloons, from 12 states, flew on Friday evening on June 2, 2006, on the only day the weather cooperated for a balloon flight the entire weekend. We flew a mother and her son, from the local area, on a special surprise flight for mom, with many family members present at take off and landing. A perfect flight for a special event. Our friends Pete and Peg crewed for us and Pete got some needed burner time in too after our landing.
