Christopher Johanson
- Our Newest Commercial Pilot
Chris, wife Allison and "Lexa Lu" (there dog), have been our friends and crewmembers for many years. They have followed us to balloon festivals and have been the reliable ground crew members of our ballooning team that have gotten us to where we are today. Chris is a fixed-wing Commercial Instrument Pilot ratted in Single and Multi Engine Land Airplanes. On June 11, 2004 Chris took and passed his Flight Test with FAA Designated Examiner Santo Galatioto adding on a Lighter-Than-Air Balloon Category ratting to his already impressive Commercial Pilot Certificate.
