CT Balloon Festival, Saturday Night - After a rainy start to the festival,
Saturday evening brought a nice night with cool temperatures, calm winds and
overcast skis. About 8 balloons flew out of the park and 5 other balloons stayed
on the field and tethered and glowed to the music for the crowd. All the crew
got to fly the balloon, and Brian Atwood did his first inflation. Zaboo the
yellow Lab (Dave Curry's dog) got his first balloon ride. After the ballooning
we all watched the fire works show and had a nice dinner of smoked brisket and
picnic fixens prepared by all of the ladies in our group for us. IT WAS A NICE
EVENING of BALLOONING!!!!
