August 27, 2004 - Friday Night Balloon Glow Night

35+ Hot Air Balloons showed up at Norton Park in Plainville, CT for the 20th Annual Hot Air Balloon Festival Glow. Winds kept most pilots from inflating but a few pilots and crew were able to stand up there Balloons for rides and a Glow.
